Title of goods donot pass until payment has been cleared. Should you dispute the credit card transaction with your bank, and we are found not to be in error, you acknowledge and accept a processing fee *( incurred by the bank). Should payment not be received and goods have been delivered, you waive the right to trespass to collect said goods, should payment not be made. The customer agrees that this clause survives the termination or expiry of the contract.

All Flexirent Orders are subject to credit approval and typically Flexirent orders must contain no more than 30% Software or Intangibles.
